It all began with Chris Devona and Dwayne Voelker, hosts of a weekly jam session that was a whirlwind of psychedelic grooves and exploratory jams. Malyssa Bellarosa was invited to lend her voice to these musical experiments, infusing the sessions with her fierce, emotive vocals. What started as a freeform adventure gradually evolved, as Chris began crafting heavier, more focused material. A pivotal moment came when he booked a recording session to capture these new, darker sounds, and Malyssa stepped in with her lyrics and powerful vocals, solidifying the band’s unique edge.

With the addition of Joe Rouleau in 2024, Gamma Rage found its perfect rhythm. Joe's dynamic and heavy drumming brought a new level of intensity to the mix, seamlessly integrating with the band’s evolving sound. His drumming keeps the energy high and the grooves tight, making each performance and recording session an electrifying experience.
